I. Questions Before Ordering From Us:
Where do you guys ship to and what currency is your store in?
Offensive Minded is a POD (print on demand) supplied company. Through our partners we can ship to any location in Canada or the U.S.A. Our Shipping times very based on your location to our print houses located across North America.  Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of North America. Our store is marked as CAD (Canadian Dollars). If you are from the U.S. and are looking to place an order with us, these prices will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate on your card/PayPal after making the purchase.

What kind of payments do you accept? Can I purchase a gift card for your store?
Our site accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards and some Debit Cards. If you receive an error while trying to use a card, it is because our site detects a security issue with the card due to recent frequent spending. In this case, we suggest you use another type of card or purchase using PayPal. Unfortunately at the moment we are not offering gift cards for our online store. We hope to add this feature within the near future.


Do you ship to P.O boxes in Canada and the U.S?
Yes we do ship to P.O boxes in both these countries. Please be precise as possible with your address when entering your box #.

I want to receive my order quicker by expediting it, can we do that?
Unfortunately we only have two methods of shipping which are Priority (5-10 business days) & Economy (13-16 business days) Due to our POD status our printers ship from your closest available location to make your turnaround as quick as possible.


Where can I track my order? How long will shipping take?
All packages will generally ship out within 1-5 days after the order is placed unless we receive a delay, back order or there is a national holiday. Our orders are shipped via various carriers. Which carrier ships your package will depend on where the order originates from and your expedition of shipping. Once you receive a shipping email, you are able to track your order online with a tracking number that we will provide to you in an email after checkout.


2. Questions After Ordering From Us:
I placed an order. What now?
After placing an order with us you'll have received your order confirmation email which will contain your order number. Within 1-5 days, you will receive another email notifying you that your package has been shipped. In this email, you will be able to find your tracking number that corresponds to your order and package. You are then able to track your package using this number on the USPS/Canada Post/Intelcom website.


I placed an order and put in the wrong information. Am I able to change this before it ships?
If you place an order and you mistakenly click the wrong style, size or shipping information, we will be able to change it as long as it has not already shipped. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this error. If this applies to you, we ask you to please contact our team as soon as possible and we will take care of your issue right away. https://offensiveminded.com/pages/contact

I want to cancel an order I placed. What should I do?
If you place an order with us and decide that you need to cancel it, we ask that you please contact us immediately so that we can cancel the order and refund your money. If you order has already shipped, unfortunately we will have to wait until you receive the package, then have you ship it back to us; at this point we can start the return process. Contact us for order cancellations via X/Instagram DM or email us at support@everythinghockey.com.


I decided to cancel my order. How will I know when I get the refund?
After we notify you that your order has been refunded, please allow for 2-10 business days for your refund back to your original payment method. The estimated processing time depends on your bank. For all refunds past this time period, please contact your credit card company or your bank. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us.


I want to add item(s) from my order, how does this work?
If you place an order and forget to include additional items, unfortunately we are unable to add something to your order. Please contact us and we will let you know what process would work best. We usually either cancel your previous order and require you to reorder with the additional item, or we ask you to reorder the additional item(s) and then we refund the second shipping fee. I ordered not too long ago and see you guys are offering a discount/promotion on the item(s) I purchased. Can it be applied to my order?
If you place an order and notice our offer/discount/promotion for the item(s) that you purchased, we can apply it to your order as long as the order was within 7 days of the first day the offer/discount/promotion went live. Please email or message us on our socials and we will take care of it for you. I received my package but the products I received have an issue with them. How long do I have to notify you guys? 
Sorry for that! If we messed up your order, please send us an email at https://offensiveminded.com/pages/contact and we'll get it taken care immediately. Though, we trust our loyal customers we ask that you please be ready to provide a photo of the item with the issue as we work with our manufacturers to ensure this type of problem does not happen again. Please note that we will only accept claims within 30 days of being delivered by USPS/Canada Post however we do ask you to notify us ASAP or we may not be able to accept your claim.

Have you had any professional hockey players rep your clothing?
What do you mean? Aren't we'all professional hockey players at heart?...lol And the answer so far is no, but we are just getting started and plan to hit everything in sight until we gain the recognition of the professional hockey community.

Can I be an ambassador for Offensive Minded?
At the moment we are do not have an ambassador program. If we decide to create one in the future, we will post an announcement both on our website and on our social media platforms to recruit.

Who does Offensive Minded currently partner with?
Offensive Minded is proud to partner with hockey companies, podcasts, influencers or any other individual/group that aims to grow and improve the wonderful game of hockey. Can Offensive Minded donate prizes to an event?
We receive dozens of requests every year inquiring for donations. As much as we would love to help out every event presented to us, unfortunately we are unable to do so due to financial budgets. We would like to run a campaign with Offensive Minded, what should we do?
